Loved the Art Deco theme. Facilities were excellent. Food good.
The restaurant and bar staff were quite inattentive and spent too much time devoted to each other rather than customers.

A really cool quirky hotel & going to the bar outside is a must to see all the planes! Definitely recommend!

The whole 1930s setting of the hotel was brilliant. So much effort had gone into the detail. I think some reviews have said the rooms are a bit dated but that is the whole point. The added bonus is that the hotel is on the aerodrome and we were lucky enough to see Spitfires take off.

Lovely breakfast, enough choice and good quality
Lack of staff at reception. Hot room with no AC or fan. Hotel couldn't provide a fan and didn't seem to care. Hotel is tired, its supposed to be retro but is not of the standard expected. Cleanliness needs improving
