Friendly and helpful check in. Conveniently located for Central London
Powder nescafe sticks in the rooms is just cheap; filter coffee in a giant flask at breakfast was abysmal. Breakfast in general was neither opulent nor generous

The hotel was beautifully presented. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were comfortable. Storing and moving our disability scooter was really appreciated as it made many more activities possible. We could t have been happier.

It was very central to where we needed to be
We booked 5 rooms, one as a family and one my friend booked. On the day of our wedding she received an email and said they couldn’t accommodate her anymore as they had no rooms and she had been moved into another hotel across the road. This was handled, not ideal but we dealt with it. When we checked the family in, we went into one of the rooms and there was someone in there, his cases, charger, shoes on the floor so we went down to reception to tell them and they went and checked the room and confirmed yes, there was someone in there- which we knew. They then found another room for us. Which they had previously told my friend they didn’t have and put her up in another room.

The location was fantastic, you couldn't beat it for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are quite small (but also expected with what you pay for), and bathroom could do with a refresh. Stains in the shower tray, mold in corners and a broken plug/drainer. Bed wasnt overly comfortable and created whenever moved. Walls were so thin we got woken by the neighboring rooms alarm about 6x (turn off the snooze or get up!)
