The staff that I encountered was very nice the bed was super comfortable and clean. Overall my experience was fine. It was a great location easily walkable to lots of areas and was great for my needs!
My only few issues are that if they are only going to service the rooms every 3 days, that they make sure when they actually clean them between guests that they’re really throughly cleaning them. There was a huge chunk of someone else’s hair stuck to the shower wall of my shower which grossed me out. Not sure how it was missed (according to another review they had the same problem, so i wonder if this is the same hair and it still never was cleaned?)
The rest of the bathroom seemed super clean though. The shower (despite the hair) was hot and strong water pressure and you could chose a waterfall option or handheld which was nice.
One other minor complaint I noticed - The lamps by the bed were also super dusty. Just seems like some more detailed cleaning could be improved upon.
I had a street view room but there was lot of street noise (loud music from cars occasionally, honking, garbage trucks at 7am). Also there was a constant sound of someone slamming a door somewhere in the hotel throughout the night every night.
If you’re a light sleeper I’d probably go elsewhere but I always bring a noise machine and ear plugs for this purpose to mostly drown out any of these possibilities.
The first night too was generally quiet, but the second night it seemed like a herd of elephants checked in the room above me, and I could hear them stomping around all throughout the night. Not ideal so the rooms aren’t soundproof for that either.
All in all I liked my stay, but there was some issues they can definitely improve upon. Staff was great so I had no complaints there. Free coffee, tea, etc.
No elevator too but I managed and my room wasn’t ready when I got there so my luggage was carried p in to the room by the staff already when I got there which was nice, so just had to worry about hauling it down when I left. Not a big deal for me but might be for others.
The room was nicely designed and a perfect size. Great closet space and lots of drawers for your stuff.

Downstairs room, very dark but clean and tidy with surprisingly lovely fittings.
Very dark and dismal, not really welcoming and now where to sit, eat or have a drink outside our room, except a small functional area.
