The hotel was well presented, clean & welcoming, the location was excellent & my room was very comfortable. The food in the Steak & Lobster restaurant was excellent very tasty & value for money.
I ate in the restaurant on the Saturday evening & there was a definite lack of staff, one person was taking food orders, working the bar, bringing the food out & clearing the tables which was far too much for one person.
The coffee machine in my room was continuously leaking whether being used or not which suggests to me that it requires replacing.

Great location, felt very peaceful, located just few steps away from busy Oxford street.
Quality breakfast, service and cleaness.
Interior was well done, with quality materials and also facilities.

The proximity to the area was perfect
I booked a superior double but got a tiny room the small double bed was pushed up against a wall which would have ment my partner who suffers with back issues would have had to clime over me or shuffle to the bottom of the bed. Not what I booked . I had to pay extra for an upgrade so we could be comfortable.
