Excellent location, quiet street, but very close to the busy Oxford street, and underground station(s). Bed was comfortable, room size is sufficient for a sightseeing trip. Buffet breakfast was good start for the day. Staff was kind and efficient.

This hotel is brilliantly located for shopping and has some amazing eateries around it. The bar is lovely too serving some excellent cocktails. The concierge was also super helpful

We booked this for friends staying with us. Good location, their experience was different to ours
The night duty manager was rude and seemed to not care about the luggage not being in the room as they had been advised it would be when they checked in as the room wasn’t ready, and again when they picked up keys that evening they where told the luggage was in the room and it wasn’t.
The response on the phone was they it would bring it up in five minutes, but our guests had to go to reception after 20 to ask about it. Only to be greeted by a confused receptionist and a rude duty manager, who didn’t seem to care or wanted to figure out where the luggage was. He was overheard saying that this was the concierge job, but they were not in at this time and as the duty manager he didn’t seem to think it was a priority or his job to find and resolve the situation. This wasn’t that late, before midnight.
His attitude and responses let the hotel down , as everyone else we met was great.
