We keep coming back to this hotel, and for good reason. Everything is simply fantastic.
The location on Oxford Street is perfect, with excellent transport links and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped with a coffee machine, tea-making facilities and complimentary bottled water.
We also love that the hotel has its own coffee shop and bar. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They are always welcoming, professional and incredibly helpful, making every stay a pleasure.
Another wonderful stay, and we look forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended! ⭐
The only small issue during our stay was that our coffee pods weren't replenished after we used them on Saturday morning. We mentioned it at reception and housekeeping was informed, but unfortunately they still hadn't been replaced by Monday morning. After a quick call to reception on Monday, they were delivered immediately. We're not breakfast people, but our morning coffee is a must, so it was something we noticed. That said, it was only a minor hiccup in what was otherwise another excellent stay.

Great location, very comfortable bed, very thorough daily chambermaid service, breakfadt in rxrcutive lounge was great as was free minu bar in my executive room.
The view from the window of my room 276 was very gloomy and depressing . The view was looking out across the roof of the first floor level, and which was situated within the internal courtyard of the hotel, the towards the windows of the rooms in the rest of the hotel . I had been upgraded to an executive room, but if I had initially paid for an executive room, I would not have been happy at all and would have asked to have been moved to a room that at least looked out onto the street and not over a roof with air-conditioning units sitting on it and towards a blank wall of other rooms’ windows .

wonderful hotel with excellent service and a truly enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, our experience with the receptionist, Maryam, was disappointing. We felt that the way she communicated and handled the situation was not professional or welcoming. Her attitude made us feel uncomfortable, which negatively affected our overall experience. We hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to help improve the level of customer service in the future.
