The location is fantastic, and despite being so central it is super quiet. Room is small but comfortable, clean and pleasant. Good A/C as well, and very nice toiletries provided.
Room is on the smaller side, which I don’t particularly mind. It is a little dated, old TV that was sometimes capricious.

comfy bed, room had everything you need. Plenty of toiletries, perfect for an overnight stay.
Had to change rooms as the first shower didn't work, but the staff were very helpful in sorting this out

The property is located in such a great neighborhood. So many interesting design stores & galleries as well as great restaurants. It doesn’t feel touristy. Local people are very welcoming too. Rooms though not luxury are very comfortable & well presented. Great value for the price.
Nothing. I’m reluctant though to tell too many people as then it will be hard to get a room next time. Definitely coming back.

The room was clean and nice if small. The bed was very comfortable. The tea and coffee supply was generous. However the plug for the kettle was not that easy to access and we had to put the kettle on the floor.
We were asked if we wanted breakfast at £20 each which we accepted. However when we arrived we found the dishes separately priced for less than £20. I had porridge, toast and coffee which came to under £20, according to the menu. We were not offered more than one cup of coffee. When we came to check out we were charge the £20 each and for the individual items which came to a further £35. This was removed from bill but I noticed an extra £5 was also charged. By that time I just wanted to pay and not make a fuss so I did not query it.
