History, location and the owners 🤗
Parking was a bit of an issue if you have a larger vehicle but something to consider as spaces fill up quick.

Great location free parking
Was not expecting a wood-effect plastic coated kitchenette in the room, tiny en-suite, unsympathetic refurbishment, decor not in keeping with the building. Asked for twin but request ignored.
