Beautiful like an old hotel an very clean. The breakfast (extra $) was a fresh and good buffet. Elevators were quick and silent. The room was beautiful.

The light switch locations were a bit of a rediscovery each time. But solvable. The suit case table was positioned directly under the TV causing the suit case to be closed each time to turn ithe TV on, change channels, or off.
The shower hot water took much longer to warm up than anticipated.
The sauna room didn't work the first night it did the 2nd night. I

Really nice hotel with great view (from the 10th floor) over the Daan Park. Interesting to have a possibility to look feom the bath out to the park and at the mountains.
A pity we could not do an early check-in, as we were a bit tired after the long flight… but understand.

Location, room size. Staff is doing their best.
It needs a refurbishment, the installations are antiquated and have become uncomfortable. The rooms are very noisy (you can hear the water pipes, the fan wakes you up in the middle of the night). The bathroom is always moist, there isn't a towel rail... There is no lobby (just a sad underground "tea room". So you can't even wait for your room to be ready. Also I wish they asked us if we wanted a double bed instead of putting us in a room with 2 single beds.
