As of 2/1/24, our pool is nearing the completion of its restoration and may or may not be open before 2/10/2024. The beach is in very desirable condition. A limited number of shops and restaurants on Fort Myers Beach have reopened since Hurricane Ian. A grocery is three miles away, and a drugstore is in easy walking distance.

We were very pleased. Overall it was a great experience. It does need a new shower head, shower curtain liner and a new coffee pot. We would definitely book this property again.

This condo has a great view of the Gulf and allows viewing sunsets from the balcony. The condo is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The owner provided detailed information about the check in procedure and the property. Overall, a perfect vacation spot.

The first thing we saw when we opened the door was the amazing view peeking through the blinds! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay-We even saw dolphins swimming around one morning! Would stay here again!

The location and the view are super nice. We spent a week and enjoy every minute of it. The condo is good and well equipped it is not the most luxurious but homey. We will definitely stay here again. The owners nice, easy going and helpful.

GREAT VACATION

GREAT VACATION

We just got back from a much needed vacation in sunny Florida. This getaway was just what we needed, with Great weather and Awesome views of the gulf. What more could we ask for!! The condo had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. A couple of issues arose and Elaine notified, issues taken care of. The best gulf view from condo. Unit could use updating but still comfy. Even had beach chairs, umbrella, noodles to enjoy heated pool and beach. Housekeeping could clean floors better, as my white socks turned grey. Granite countertop, microwave, stove and refrigerator were newer. All in all, I would stay here again. Love the location away from pier by about 4 miles Linda

The location is awesome! The check in was so much better than we expected we arrived much earlier and because having a baby with us we didn’t want to wait too long to check in so we did check in earlier which host obliged thankfully. We enjoyed the stay but the horrible thing was bed bugs, I can’t even begin to describe how much we suffered... we had to leave sheets and pillow everything in the sun hoping it will help then had to get pest spray only then we could sleep. We were literally bleeding because of all the itching and so much worried about our baby. Almost every day we cleaned the place because under the bed is so much things stuffed and I think that’s where bed bugs are hanging, under the couch was all kind of trash and dust. We told the cleaning crew that we could be out of their way if they need more time since we checked in early but they told us they were done. The place is so congested and stuffed with so much things so much decorations on walls and every nook and corner only the drawers by the bed were empty and that is also not in good shape. The place really need a proper touch up and cleanliness and so much things need to be taken out. So the people can have proper space to spend the vacation.Now about the rules... we have been to so many places but never seen such long descriptions of the things to be used, like only 4 towels including beach towels, just 6 wash cloths including hand towels and mat... I mean what kind of things are these... if you want guests to use less laundry then don’t provide them in fist place or provide washer and dryer in the unit... that’s how it is most other places.... then don’t leave anything in the fridge(which we had to discard so many things that next people could have easily used) I understand if they say start the dish washer before you leave but they make you put the dishes even back to the closets...when we left the place it was better than we found, then what is the need of cleaning fee?? Which we paid separately and we were the one leaving everything neat and clean. So stop charging cleaning fee then. only one toilet role was provided... there’s so much more I can go about, but these are the main things specially bed bugs I don’t want any other guests to suffer like we did and I’m surprised why nobody has even mentioned about this problem in other reviews.But Elaine was good host otherwise!

We were able to hear the sound of the ocean and also watch the dolphins and birds right from our private balcony. There were ample beach chairs, coolers and beach towels for us to use. Quiet stretch of beach away from the busy Times Square area. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for some much needed down time while also offering many opportunities to get out and enjoy the area. The view from the balcony was amazing and I was able to watch the dolphins swim by almost every morning. The condo has everything that you could possibly need, as well as beach towels and accessories. Love that the beach is somewhat secluded and not crowded. Will be back!

We had a very relaxing week. The condo was sufficient for myself and my daughter. It could use some upgrades but overall no issues. It was nice to see the sea turtle nests on the beach! Our initial email gave us some great information on local restaurants which was helpful.

My son and I stayed at this residence the week of June 19th. The views from each window and the balcony were truly spectacular. The residence was equipped with everything we needed and Elaine was so quick to respond to questions that arose. The closet inside is stocked with every beach item you can think of and we especially appreciated the wagon to haul it all down. The condo is just a couple minute walk to a shopping plaza and CVS. The beach is peaceful and much less crowded then further north and I found an array of gorgeous shells. The pool is also a nice size, with plenty of chairs. We had such a wonderful trip and would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Elaine

The location and unit were perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the deck with the beautiful gulf views. The reason for the 3 stars on property cleanliness is because the elevator floors had pet urine on them. This unfortunately transferred to the carpeting in the hallways and smelled terrible. My 4 stars for overall rating was due to the smell in elevators.
