駐車場からエスコートして頂いたベトナム人の案内人が好印象。日本人よりプロフェッショナルで流れるようでわかりやすい案内で流暢な日本語にも驚きました。
部屋は広くて落ち着きがあり無料マッサージ機が室内で自由に使えて感激。お風呂も貸切状態でゆっくり寛げました。
窓外に近隣の民家の生活感があり、覗かれている様で落ち着かなかった。

従業員の方の接客がとても丁寧でよかったです。部屋も非常に綺麗でした。また、食事も非常においしくて、量も多く非常に満足のいくものでした。
窓から見える景色は、残念ながら満足のいくものではありませんでした。また、スイートの部屋に泊まった時、女将の挨拶がなかった旅館ははじめてでした。

The lobby and the public bath were awesome. Additionally the free parking was great. At the checkout the receptionist was super kind and even waived us goodbye. That was soooo sweet! We loved his enthusiasm!
Poor value for the price we paid! The employees couldn’t speak English, we have had to pay an additional high fee for breakfast. The room had a bad smell from the beginning of our stay.
