Everything was beautiful! The Koi pond was one of the biggest highlights. The staff was incredibly helpful, even to English speaking visitors. The area was beautiful and quaint. This was a wonderful way to wind down after 10 days of nonstop walking and traveling across Japan!

The room was beautiful, well kept, spacious and clean, with all the amenities and facilities one could need plus a lovely view and a lot of character.
The rest of the property and our stay wasnothing short of perfect, with a beautiful historical building to explore an enjoy, great kaiseki dinner and breakfast, and staff that was utterly attentive and flawless in their service.
