Clean, polite helpful staff, centrally located.
Rooms, like many London hotels, were very small and cramped. I had specifically booked a room with three single beds, but it was not available when we arrived. It was made available the last two nights of our stay.

Location great. Easy for getting about London. Staff brilliant and very helpful/friendly. Ideal if you’re not spending time at the hotel apart from sleeping.
We were on the 3rd floor during July, the room was extremely hot, to the point it was uncomfortable. A small fan was provided, but we struggled to sleep.

great location for hyde park. The staff were really friendly
We had the basement room and there was a collection of noisy pigeons and a bird stuck down there who was quite noisy and distressed.
