Very nice property, comfortable for families with children and very friendly staff
Everything was ok. Maybe if there was option for food during the day and evening would be even better as only breakfast was available.

Φανταστικό ξενοδοχείο πεντακάθαρο!!πήγα με την οικογένεια μου και μου δώσανε τη σουίτα ενώ είχα κλείσει απλό δωμάτιο επειδή ήταν διαθέσιμη! Δεν έχω λόγια! Πολύ καλή επιλογή για οικογένειες καθώς έχει πιάνα και για παιδιά. Το πρωινό μεγάλη έχει μεγάλη ποικιλία και ανανεώνουν συνεχώς ότι τελειώνει!

The hotel has a great location, just minutes from the port
We had a 7:00 ferry, so that was perfect. The rooms were clean and nice.
The property needs some help and is pretty rough around the edges (it needs to be painted and repaired and upgraded. Only one of the two pools had water in it and the pool that did was too deep for children to swim in safely.

Warm room, hot water, comfy bed, clean facilities, nice location, nice views, nice staff.
Good amount of sockets and lighting in room. Good bathroom.
We were told that housekeeping would be every other day but in the 8 days we were there this only happened twice.
The shower hose was broken and cut me at least twice.
The pink rugs were quite filthy.
Sound proofing was awful. Upstairs seemed to be moving furniture around every morning and to our left we could hear their TV in the evenings.
Lots of facilities that were mentioned in the description are actually not available this time of year such as the pool, sauna, lunch and dinner.
Probably the worst thing of all was how high the toilet is. It's very hard to poo in this position!
