Very clean and decorated nicely. Close to everything in Old Town, but quiet. Bed was very comfortable.
We stayed on the top floor, which had a very nice room, but to get to it there as many steep flights of stairs. Nothing that can be fixed, as it is in an old building. Still, the room was very nice, so worth the climb.

Conveniently located next to old town split. Clean room with excellent air conditioning especially considering the heat wave this summer. We were a little late arriving due to our flight and the owner accepted our phone call and provided the code to enter the building. Ice cold water was available in the lobby area. Nice touch.
This room is not for older persons who have difficulty climbing stairs.

room is good and has a feel of luxury; beds are comfortable.
-the many steps up; we are both over 70
-shower needs non slippery mat; I almost slipped and fell.
