Convenient location not too far from Centraal Station. Staff is magnificent, very attentive, friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast every morning.
Would have preferred a better view from our room. We were blocked from a nearby hotelboat that was also docked.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotelboat Iris. The hosts were so kind and made be feel so welcome. The breakfast was incredible with lots of fresh options and variety and the location was very convenient with a short walk to central station. The room was very cozy with a nice view of the river. They had a really nice outdoor patio area which was nice to relax after a busy day. This was a really unique experience and I would love to stay here again if i ever make it back to Amsterdam!!

Staff were brilliant and always helpful.
Arrived in room and it was full of small flies. Not just a few but 20-30 flies. After dealing with them I did report to staff and they were apologetic and took action and led flies on subsequent days but still present. Other issue was that bathroom smelt very unpleasant, very damp but also something else. Wondered if it was related to the presence of flies?
