Hostal Ca'n Tiu

Alaró is a great location to start cycling trips not only to Tramuntana Mountains. The accomodation is located in the heart of the town, next to the main square, making it an ideal starting point for town exploration. The room's windows faced the quiet inner part of the block, which blocked out the evening traffic from the square. The positive atmosphere of the picturesque, cozy little hotel really lifted my spirits after arriving from Palma. Overall, the room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise from other guests.

The bed was a little too soft, but that's probably a matter of personal preference. Since all rooms are located upstairs, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility.

The location in Alaro was great for me because I was attending a workshop nearby.

The staff did not get back to me after I texted two questions upon arrival. I eventually figured out the answers, but wasted time figuring it out. The room was two flights up. Typical in Europe, but be aware. Free parking was offsite about a 5 min walk. You can drop your bags then return on foot.

Very central location in Alaro, 50 m from the central plaza. Booked a 2-bed, got a 3-bed room (solo travel), no parking. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and pillows, hot shower worked well. TV and minifridge in the room. Possibility to have breakfast in the shared area upon a small fee.

Had air conditioner but no heating, room was chilly. in Dec

Nice quiet village

Very simple accomodation. Window facing a ''patio'' With all the airconditioning units.....so not possible to have windows open. Noisy if crowded. Slamming doors.
