The location is excellent and the staff are all very pleasant and gracious. The room is a bit dated, but nevertheless, it is well-maintained and clean. The room is as I saw it in photos -- spacious by Hanoi standards with large windows, which made all the difference. Excellent soundproofing as well; I could barely hear any noise from outside even if it's in a busy location.

The location was great, nice and central.
Everything about the hotel was excellent - it struck a perfect balance between price & experience.
I would also like to mention the exceptional hospitality displayed by the staff. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. Special shout out to Anna for always greeting us with a smile. The staff here genuinely care about you.

The staff were very welcoming and the location is great. Everything is close to you and you can go to all the places by walking.
Breakfast was more than enough and if you are still need anything else, you have starbucks, 7-11 nearby.
The rooms were a little small comparing to other places we went to.
