The best part is the location in the Old Quarter. Just 4-5 mins from the lake, and walkable to major spots. The rooms are clean, room size is fine for a city hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel in the city.
Breakfast options are limited for vegan / vegetarian folks, I expected a little better in a city hotel. The AC works, but takes some time to cool down room even in mid-Oct.

Great location
When we came, they said the room we booked already taken, tried to charge extra if we want to stay in another room.
They don’t have garage for your car, charged us 350 vnd for a night to take my car parking.
The WiFi is bad, TV is not connected to wifi.
