The Hotel is very close to the action in the Old Quarter but far enough from the real hustle and bustle. Literally everything you need is walking distance. It looks ordinary from the outside but once inside it is an impeccable hotel - boutique in style with a lovely ambience.
The included breakfast was truly enjoyable...a very good selection of dishes to cater to all tastes.
Staff were super accommodating and helpful.
We spent two nights on two separate occasions between cruising Lan Ha Bay and will return at the end of the month for one night before heading home.
Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay again when in Hanoi.

Great air conditioning in the middle of a heatwave! Comfy bed ❣️Great foyer area to relax in. Breakfast room on top floor had great view and relaxed atmosphere.
