Location & cleanliness
No instructions how to use shower. While trying to navigate what knobs do, temperature vs above head shower rose vs flexible, my husband was scalded with hot water. He’s a great problem solver, imagine if it was a child

Convenient lane and location yet very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. You have Currency exchange, sim, massage, eateries next to the hotel. I booked the family room which had a balcony so lot of ventilation. Room was very clean.

The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice, and the location was excellent for exploring Hanoi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.
The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer because the hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have a room available for me.

The approach to the city centre and the lake.
They charged for early check in even when they had room available. The room size is too small.
