The location is superb as it is within walking distance from some of the best spots i.e. Hoan Kiem Lake, train streets, night market, popular dining spots etc. Yet is protected from the noise pollution of the surrounding area as it is not facing the busy streets of the Old Quarter area. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay and kind enough to prepare some breakfast for my family as we need to depart from the hotel to the airport at 3am to catch our early morning flight back home.
The bathroom is abit small but not a deal breaker. The connecting rooms that I booked does not comes with a view or natural sunlight as the window is facing the back of the hotel.

The location, the staff, and the room facilities
The room did not have a window to the street, or outside generally. I should have checked this in advance, but I didn't

The location is perfect for exploring old quarter Hanoi just by walking. The room was comfortable and somehow everything just felt right.

It's a nice hotel with the perfect location. A comfy bed, a big room, a big bathroom. The breakfast is a buffet breakfast and has a lot of options. Everything is nice. But the best part of the hotel is the staff. The people working there are very friendly, helpful and kind. Just wonderful ❤️
