Excellent hotel in Hanoi. Great staff, always available to help and suggest what you can do around. Rooms are comfortable, spacious, very clean amd silent, ensuring a good sleep. I can definitely recommend it.

The location was nearby to everything you need..the staff has warm greeting and a smile especially ms lily .
And for busy area location so far the room we stay is quiet whic is good
The room is very smaÄşl no space to put for luggages if you a have a medium size of luggages,.for three nights stay they only clean the our room once its terrible.,toilet in our room doesnt have a rack to put a shower toiletries.
