Never ever again mess with booking website and palazzo hotel

Worst experience in all angles,,,, horrible and I think it's better to think about it,,,,, learned a lesson that never book online again,,, thank you for showing me the taste of hell

Every minute I spend In room there is not even a tube light, if u ask towel they gave dirty wet one, no room keys,,, when u r back to room, they will open and they try to cheat you as much as possible

They have overcharged for my stay and the room, toilet & hotel was dirty and no room services at all.

only the reception uncle was good.

Horrible, whatever you see in this picture. it’s not real. Hotel is so dirty. 1. They didn’t even change the towel for three days, previous guest used the towel, same towel they gave to me. 2. They don’t have swiping machine, they put all the inputs from my CC and extracted money through Paytm from my CC. That was very bad. I paid extra money as transaction charge. 3. Whatever the picture you see it’s not real. There was no lock in bathroom. Room key was not working. 4. Cleaning horrible - Bedsheet, towel nothing was cleaned 5. No shower gel ,no hand wash, no towel in bathroom. 6. Food you have to pay extra, no complimentary breakfast I WONDER HOW THOSE GUESTS GAVE GOOD RATINGS. I paid almost 4000/- for 3 days. I would have stayed in some other good hotels

Good value, good location for airport, but you get what you pay for...

This hotel is good value and very convenient for the airport. The manager was very friendly and helpful. It's a bit difficult to find but not too bad. .

Unfortunately other guests were very noisy, shouting on the phone and arguing loudly in the middle of the night (they were probably just talking normally but theyre Delhiwalle so ...). No tea making facilities.

Nice place close to Airport

This was the second time I stayed here. It is a nice place for work or leisure travel because it is close to airport and you can easily find it.

This time, I found the room to be a little less clean and my towel had black spots;.

Friendly and welcoming hotel

The staff are wonderful. The manager was very kind, helpful and genuinely professional. They arranged a taxi for my business meeting, which was prompt and got me where I needed to go,as requested. Room service was quick. Food was pretty good. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Location is just off the main strip of airport hotels. Good value for the money in comparison to the other hotels in the area.

Bathroom was missing towels and soap. I think this was simply overlooked, and Im sure would have been rectified if I had asked.
