Maravilhoso

O apartamento era bastante espaçoso, com uma decoração muito gira, cama super confortável, situado numa ótima localização junto às torres Petronas. A piscina do rooftop tinha umas vistas maravilhosas. Excelente relação qualidade preço. Vou recomendar a todos os meus amigos que viajarem a Kuala Lumpur.

Excellent apartment in central KL!

Really convenient location, only 5 min walk to Petronas. Very clean, large apartment with a fabulous swimming pool overlooking the towers.

Roof top with the best view.

Loved the 88 Floor Roof Top Pool... that sold this property for me.. and the central location right near KLCC train station

Bit of a process checking in, as it is managed separately from hotel.

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Appartment is well maintained, it is 5 minutes walk to Petronas Tower and it has a swimming pool over looking the Towers.

Super mooie appartement, veel licht top uitzicht

Schoonmaak had iets meer puntjes op de i mogen zetten. Keukenwand vol strepen en badkamer een beetje vochtig/schimmel/riool lucht maar gelukkig wel schoon verder. Handdoeken zijn wel aan vervanging toe

Realment és un apartament, és molt gran espaiòs, còmode i ben ubicat, té tot el que puguis necessitar. Les instal·lacions perfectes, tot molt ben conservat. El llit inmens i perfecte pel descans. La pisicina de l'àtic és molt bonica, amb unes vistes increibles de les torres Petronas, la de la planta sis també molt xula. No vàrem tenir temps de fer servir cap altre istal·lació, però sens dubte ho recomano i si tornem a KL serà la nostra primera opció.

Que no hi hagués opció d'esmorzar inclòs.

It’s a nice place to stay if you’re lucky and get a clean place or you’re not very pretentious with cleaning.

I liked that the apartment was spacious and with a nice view of the city. I also liked the pool with view at the 69th floor.

The apartment was dirty, including the bed sheets, towels and the toilet seats. Also the body was was missing at the begging and so other things mentioned in the hotel description like safe box, functional iron, coffee machine. The manager brought some of those after I asked and send the cleaning guys to change sheets and towels and do some cleaning. But for a 4 stars apartment and the price paid that was unacceptable, despite the fact the manager was helpful and tried to fix everything. Those are things that should have been taken care of way before.

Best Place to Stay in the e Heart of The City

Be Nice to their staffs and you might be rewarded by a room upgrade just like what Mr. Apollo did to us he gave us a 2-bedroom apartment with a view of the Petronas Twin Towers. Safety is also their priority we felt safe in the area. And Star Suites has world class facilities and the best view of the Twin Towers from their Sky Deck with a pool. Rooms are spacious and well ventilated with huge TV screens and sofa. KLCC is just around the block and LRT too.

only 5 mins walk from KLCC, with astonishing room view.

Nice location and nice room view.

Access card didn't work for lobby door and also elevator access. Only work for room access. AC takes time to cooled the room, i think it need bigger capacity of AC.

Amazing - wish we could have stayed longer

Amazing from start to finish. Great communication with the host Apolo. He kept our bags (about 6) all day at the end of our stay. The apartment is perfect, great views, great pools. Excellent

Maybe need more towels for a family. Especially when a pool is on city - they were all used and soaking within one pool session

Mixed fantastic location, Star residence facilities sensational, Like Home services lacking

Location, star residence facilities were excellent.

Like Home experience was the only let down. No services explained such as cleaning, providing of toiletry including cleaning equipment. We had to buy our own toilet brush the cleaner. They changed towels and sheets only 3 times only when we asked. The sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain and no one to fix the problem. We had to wash hands and brush teeth in kitchen sink. Cutlery included on 2 forks and 1 knife.

Great space and location! Clean with great swimming pools.

Amazing space for the 3 bed apartment, and location. Swimming pools were great too. Air con in every room.

Missing little things like bedside lamps, TV in the bedrooms, one of the bedroom doors wouldn’t open from the inside, poorly fitted taps. Could’ve done with a water filter tap on the kitchen for drinking, and a clothes dryer to hang up wet clothes.

washing machine not working, no bathroom floor mat, no kitchen towel, drainage clogged when shower, bedroom fan remote control has no battery , TV at bedroom not working, no iron and iron board was provided, very disappointed
