Our family vacation is amazing in staying here in finca sta. Barbara. The pool was extremely wonderful. Perfect place to relax and disconnect. The bbq area is a big plus. lots of spaces for our kids to play. The parking has a lot space.

The only cons for us is, there is no personnel in the property on case we need something. Upon staying 4 days they are not changing towels for us. The garbage collection is a downside also it may improve atleast a bin inside a property.

Location, cleanliness, spacious, good parking, friendly staff.

Uncomfortable beds, lack of toiletries, no shampoo, shower gel etc.

For us being near the airport was the main criterion, so in that respect the location is excellent. The unit is basic but spacious. What we needed for a short shoulder-season stay was all there.

It was not problematic for us, but people should be aware that planes pass overhead from 06:00 until 24:00.

Very spacious rooms, clean as well. Warm outdoors pool in May. Easy going communications with staff. Frequent flights during the day above your head gives a memorable experience

Nothing. Just make sure you have your transport to reach the place from the airport. Same if you are leaving the accommodation, there's no public transport

The property is nice. The kitchen only has basic equipment. No spoon to stir eggs in a pan. No spatula to lift eggs or something else in a pan. No pincer to lift meat from a pan. The pool area is well equipped with sun loungers. Corkscrew to open wine very basic and hard to use. One with a leaver action would be better. Journey to pick up keys is 15 minutes from the location at a hotel reception. Use Google to get you there.

We were looking for a peaceful quiet place. This was not peaceful. Airplanes were very low as the property is located under the flight path to Alicante Airport. Planes were on final approach and at less than 4000 feet. Flight till about 1.30 am and again at 6am.

A cozy place surrounded by gardens and greenery. We stayed for one night with my family. We liked it all. Maybe some people will be disturbed by the proximity to the airport, the planes fly very low over the houses. But for our son it was on the contrary a super bonus 😊

It's a little inconvenient that you have to pick up the keys in another place. But by car it is not difficult and not far

Change of arrangements after booking to a different property. Key pick up and drop off from hotel in nearby town rather than at property and no sign at property so it was not easy to find (especially in the rain!)

Staff at hotel were great on collection of keys - clear instructions on finding apartment which was around 6km’s away. Superb apartment, plenty of parking, beautiful pool, spotlessly clean, water in fridge - couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic value for money. We stayed 1 night prior to flight but would definitely stay again for longer. Right beneath flight path but I loved watching the aircraft take off and touch down :)

There was nothing to dislike. If I had to be picky, it was a little dark on our way back to our bungalow through the complex but not an issue for us.
