one of the best Hotels I've stayed in, the room wasn't the most luxurious but very cosy and clean, the view of the lake was breathtaking, the owner and staff are the nicest people, the breakfast is very good, and dinner was delicious

We had a 2BR Unit overlooking Lake Thun and had front row seats to the beautiful scenery with killer sunsets. The bathroom is clean and modern, place is spacious. Easy Access to Interlaken Train Station and Spiez Train Station on opposite end (20 min bus ride- Bus 60 with bus stop right across the street) which made it very convenient.
It’s not a dislike, just to note that there’s no AC, which could be an issue on a very hot day. There were fans and good airflow though.

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful.
The room was a great size. Clean and all things we needed were available. Loved our little balcony
Nothing major. You just could hear people walking around in the hallway.

Location is convenient to both train and bus. Rooms were clean and cozy. Had to check out early, staff put together a lovely to-go breakfast with lots of food.
Would advise as a female traveller to be cautious, someone tried opening the door in the middle of the night. Loud with floor creaks and outside construction. Overpriced for location.
