The views from the balcony were outstanding, and the bedroom window also offered beautiful scenery. However, the bedrooms on the other side overlook the road, and some of the neighbouring chalets appeared to have significant anger issues related to parking and cars reversing into their bays. Fortunately, parking at the hotel was easy and convenient, with both indoor and outdoor options available.
the hotel is at an amazing location with great views. rooms are very specious but need an upgarde. staff was friendly and helpfull. food was delicious

The location of the hotel is just amazing. The staff were very helpful and the facilities are great.
The kitchen should have had basic food necessities like salt sugar pepper.

Beautiful view. Balcony was such a pleasure to relax on with a glass of wine after a full day of hiking. The facilities for kids and the pool were also great.
The lack of AC was a little uncomfortable given the unseasonably high temperature. We couldn’t leave the balcony door open all night to sleep as the bugs were a little too keen to come in. But also it would not prevent us from booking again.

Staff were nice.
Hotel is very dated. The most uncomfortable bathroom and shower I've seen in years. Hotel is crowded. Parking spaces are tight. It's up a mountain so difficult roads but not much of a view from the room. Does not correspond to the price. Would not stay again.
