Location , great breakfast, lots of recliners and umbrellas, swimming excellent (bring swim shoes due to stones). Plenty of parking
Could have better food options, dinners at 6:30 pm, would not let us get a cup
Of coffee 15 minutes before breakfast time. Front desk staff was uninformed about dinner times

Location is unrivalled and if you are able to choose a room with lake view it is well worth it.. the breakfast choice included local Gruyère, freshly baked bread. lakeside Sauna and aces to swimming . Service and staff were excellent
Lakeside rooms sacrifice space for views.. the balconies just fit two chairs and a small table on..

It's located in a quiet town, the bus from Interlaken or Thun stops very close by. Also there is a ferry stop about 50m from the hotel. We stayed for 6 nights in between more hectic itineraries.. which was lovely. You can swim in the lake but the stones are sharp, so you'll need thongs/ reef shoes. The view is beautiful.
It's not air-conditioned and we stayed during a heat wave ... we were able to sleep with the window open and a small provided fan on full blast.

Location is excellent beautiful lake side views and staff is very helpful
Only has one elevator which is old style, property has carpets which looks very old. No lotion or shampoo in bathroom.
