Great location, lovely hotel, quirky room on tje 2nd floor and kind, helpful staff.

Loved the decor and the fact this continued in hallways, really stylish.
Noisy, not outside but other guests! The soundproofing can't be great as I could hear people stomping about. This was hard to ignore as it lasted hours.
The rug by the bed didn't have any gripper so I slipped on it when I walked in and the shower tiles have no grip at all on the floor. I'd be worried for older people with less mobility as I felt I nearly fell over several times between the shower and the rug.
I'd also hoped for a kettle/coffee making facilities and usb points.

I liked everything about this property. It’s so very special. The decor, the food, the facilities and best of all the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! Thankfully they have an 11:00 o’clock checkout so I maximised my enjoyment of the bed!
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the property, staff or food. Aside form it’s listed as a 3 star; it should beat least a four or more!!
