Location, amenities and facilities.
Not sure if it’s a Swiss thing but some team members appeared to be less flexible, more rigid/structured.

A perfect location in the center of Thun, you can watch surfers on the river right from the room, amazing!!! Upscale feel and beautiful design, meticulously cleaned, and prepared for us.
With temperature reaching 30 C, Hotel of this class says that it has no air-conditioning! Many reviews mentioned it does offer A/C but we were told the hotel does not offer it. The lobby was certainly pleasantly cooled. But the hotel did provide a fan to help sleep.

The hotel has an excellent location by the river and close to the town centre. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The parking facility was also very convenient
Nothing significant. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
