A lovely, cosy hotel in the centre of town. Bed was comfortable, lovely soft pillows, large shower room, good food in the restaurant (and breakfast), staff all very pleasant and helpful. Plus a drinks station on the third floor where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and fruit. There's also a fridge for guests to use. It's all really well thought out.
If I had to make one negative comment it would only be that the water pressure in the shower could have been better and the shower 'telephone' attachment kept falling down. But these were minor issues.

Super dog-friendly hotel in Downtown Thun. Highly recommended! No parking, but you can unload directly in front of the hotel and covered parking is a 5 minute walk away.
We were upgraded to a large family room which was wonderful! Very friendly helpful staff

Good breakfast. Atentive staff. Cozy environment.
Noise isolation is terrible. My room faced the main square and I woke up several times during the night due to people shouting on the street. Purpose of the trip and the stay at this hotel was to rest and it was a complete flop because of terrible sleep.
Also, ordered room service and the food was delivered, but there was no service to collect cutlery, plate, etc. I was told to bring it down to the reception - can you imagine having a casual walk around the hotel with a plate with some salad or fries leftovers? Just nonsense
