This condo is located in Tower 1 (directly on the beach) on the 12th floor. Windows are on three sides of the Condo, so that every room has an outside view and the dining room has an unobstructed sunset view. The entire family will have plenty of room to spread out in comfort in our 3-bed, 2-bath units. This tile floor throughout Gulf-front condo provides the perfect home for exploring the sugar-sand beaches just outside your door as well as the amazing variety of attractions that surround the Grand Panama Beach Resort. The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed and private bath thoughtfully outfitted with amenities you’ll appreciate. Comfortable queen-size beds, dressers and furniture complete the second bedroom, a set of full-size bunk beds in 3rd bedroom and hallway nook area and a sleeper sofa that folds out into a queen bed. The open and spacious kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to create a gourmet meal. The built-in breakfast bar and large dining area can accommodate your entire crew for a sit-down meal and also provide wonderful views for your dining enjoyment. Your private balcony is furnished with a sun-lounger, table and chairs and provides a panoramic setting for morning coffee, mid-day lounging or celebrating our famous sunsets over the Gulf. There are two large pools, one is heated during the cooler months and a hot tub. The Resort also has a full workout facilities with 24/7 access. This unit is strictly non-smoking. We all enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and fresh. The unit is on the end so there are no other families walking past your door. The owner was very prompt answering my question about parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Bruce was very prompt at answering all of my question. The check in and out process was a breeze. There were some things that needed attention though….. the ice maker was very slow. The main bathroom needed a hairdryer, the toilet isn’t bolted to the floor, it moved every time you sat down and the shower door leaked. Couldn’t get most of the lights to cut on nor could we figure out how to operate the tv’s. We needed tongs for flipping hotdogs at the grill and there were none, also there should have been a can opener in the unit. Mattresses were not comfortable at all. It served the purpose we were looking for and all-n-all we had a great stay just dated more than what I am used too.

We wanted just one more day at the beach after checking out of our house in Inlet Beach. We were able to get a very early check in which allowed us to spend an entire day at the beach. The condo had more than enough room for 8 adults. We had a great view from the 12th floor. We were there less than 24 hours but it was nice for the short amount of time we spent there. Parking was difficult but we made it work.

It was a really nice place to stay the manager of the property was very helpful and always prompt with information we are definitely planning on coming back in the future the only issue we had was it said in our paperwork that parking was $20 but it was actually $50 for our parking we would also like to send out a special thank you to the manager

Even with having heating issues Mr Kilpatrick was right on top of it everything was convenient and the units was perfect will definitely rent again hopefully next year thank you for a great stay

I had several problems that I had to contact the owner. ( door would not open with key pad- due to the fog rolling in). TV remote issues.. were resolved.
I was disappointed that the furniture did not match the description.
The location of the condo was perfect. The sunsets were spectacular every night (I was there for over a month)

Pictures on website need to be updated. The view was fabulous. We have stayed at Grand Panama several times and the grounds and building are well maintained.
The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook, do laundry and enjoy the patio area. All bedrooms and living room had tv's. Beds were comfortable.

The condo is in a great location and was big enough for the 8 of us staying. It's has a beautiful view of ocean. The condo itself is clean, but very outdated and in need of some tlc. We had a issue with power being out for 6 hours. It was a issue with power company owner said and called ,power was restored. It was difficult because I have a medically challenged brother and he was stuck in the heat. I needed to purchase bedding for pull out sofa and a couple extra linens that were not provided. Also only one TV in condo worked. With multiple kids this wasn't the best. I told my concerns to owner so hopefully they get resolved for next renters. It was a ok stay and we made the best of it.

We had a great time. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for us and our adult children. There was a problem with the key pad to get into the condo but Bruce was very helpful and quick to respond to us. It was quickly fixed. During busy times the elevators are very crowded so keep that in mind on arrival/departure days. We packed everything but our essentials in the car the night before so we didn’t have to worry about much the day we left. I would definitely recommend a stay here. We had a great time!!

The rental process was easy but I could not complete the online check-in, the site needs improvement. The pictures of the unit need to be updated. Our only complaint was the linens need to replaced and more towels added. The kitchen was well equipped but the older set of Teflon needs to be discarded.
The view and balcony was enjoyable! Loved the walkway to beach ⛱ 😍

This property was amazing! The view alone on the balcony was everything! I contacted Bruce about us possibly checking in early because of my mom and he was so nice and let us check in early. I will definitely stay here again! Everything was perfect!

Great stay at the beach!
We had a wonderful time at this VRBO location! It was close enough to the stores, yet not caught up on the busiest areas. It was clean and the beach/water was absolutely perfect. The kids really enjoyed the pool area, also. We would definitely recommend this location and stay in it again!

The condo was nice and clean. It was an end unit on the 12th floor with nice open views of the beach and gulf. Large deck over looking the swimming pool area also. Easy , brief walk to the beach from the elevators. We had a nice relaxing time there.
