Good location convent super clean and plenty of space.
The complaint I had was they gave the wrong gate code had to get security to let us in. The ants was bad outside had to watch where walking. And the air would not cool down you would put it on 70 and it would go right back up to 74. Which was fine during day but night I would wake up hot.

The house was very clean and nicely set up. It was a short 3-4 minute drive to Beach Access 40 with parking. Loved the back patio. Very nice fenced in back yard. Beds were comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom are very nice. The house looks exactly like the pictures. The a/c worked great!! Huge bonus. A few beach things for use in the garage.
The listing says 4 bedrooms, it is not. There are 3 bedrooms and then a pull out sofa in the living room.
The parking only allows for 2 vehicles, there is zero room for any extras. The house is in a corner so it's hard to pull in and out of the driveway. Parking at beach access 40 was $72 for 6 nights for our extra vehicle.
The house is in a gated community. Between the hours of 6pm and 6am you need a code to get in.
After booking they sent us an invoice for the animals we were bringing, an extra $450. I had assumed it was already factored in when I chose a house that allowed pets.

Location was very nice.
When we got there the house had a smell, but over all was cleaned. Grill tray wasn’t cleaned and almost caught fire.
