Very convenient location and fantastic amenities. The room is cozy and exceptional for a short stay. Friendly staff with a vast choice of room amenities available to choose from.
The bed wasn't the most comfiest but for a short stay it was no issue at all. No parking attached to the hotel itself but there were plenty close enough so it wasn't a huge issue.

Very basic business hotel - no toothbrush or pajamas so make sure you bring them or buy them at the 7/11 downstairs. They also have them for sale in the lobby!

-Hotel's location is just opposite JR Nagano Station, easy to find
-Staffs can communicate in English and very polite
-Relax zone on top floor is great with 2 free massage chairs plus a lot of manga to read (Only in Japanese) with drinking machine which provide free juice, water, coffee
-Free Soba at night from 9-11 PM, staffs who made it also polite and friendly
-Convenient store is located next to hotel
-Room size is not so big (For me it ok but those who prefer large room might reconsider)
-No public bath on-site
-Air condition is still an old style (No remote control, just a turning button with LOW, MID,HIGH level)
