The location was fantastic! Everything you need is just a short walk away. The rooms were a decent size and very clean.
They have a laundry onsite.
The breakfast was super fresh, with lots of variety and magic views.
They also have parking available.
The beds were hard! Very hard.
No iron in the room.

The room is very spacious, which we really appreciate as it is not very common in Japan.
Wonderful views of the mountains and city at the breakfast restaurant. Amazing breakfast, lots of variety.

The hotel is located 12 minutes walking from the Nagano station, or a 5 minute by bus. On the main road that heads to Zenko-ji temple. Very convenient. Breakfast buffet was incredible. Bed was comfortable and the room very clean.
The only thing was that when I booked the room was $65 a night, I ended up paying upon arrival and the room price went up to almost $90 per night. So I suggest that you pay in advance.

Staff can't/doesn't communicate much and parking fee is applicable.
