Located in Park City, this charming house for $904 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. -Just remodeled by a top designer, -4000 square foot vacation home in Lower Deer Valley-one of the most sought-after locations in Park City. Everything is brand new & luxurious! STUNNING DESIGNER INDOOR SPACE! - Contactless check-in. -Access to the Deer Valley Ski Shuttle which picks up in front of the house. -We take your health and safety very seriously! Deep cleaning procedures after every check-out. Anyone that enters the home to prepare for guests wears a surgical mask. All surfaces wiped with appropriate chemicals after deep-clean takes place! -Location, location, location! The home is conveniently located just a 2-minute drive ( .25 mile) from Deer Valley's Main Lifts (Snow Park)! -1.5 miles from Park City Mountain Ski Resort (Main St town lift). -Access to public transportation: There is a short walk ( 5 minutes- without ski boots) to the free city bus that goes to Main Street.) The home has five very well-furnished bedrooms (two bedrooms with king beds, two bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two pairs of bunk beds). The three master bedrooms on the main and upper floors all have en-suite bathrooms. The lower-level bunk room and queen bedroom share a full bathroom and a half-bath. There are 6 bathrooms (4 full and 2 half bathrooms). The home will easily accommodate 12 people. You can enjoy your meals around the large dining table and in front of the electric fireplace! Amazing hiking trail just steps from the front door! GETTING AROUND Uber Ski and Lyfts are widely available. Very centrally located for drivers. Only .25 miles from Deer Valley Ski Resort where you will find free parking. Public transportation will take you to all ski resorts from Deer Valley Resort. The home is located 5 minutes ( without ski boots) to a public bus. 1.6 miles to Park City’s historic Main Street ( 5 minute drive) Hosts: My husband, Simon, and I take care of this home. Summer in Utah
As Summer travels go and renting a property this was a true delights. Property was clean actually spotless. All the amenities were there fresh clean towels nice soft sheets everything was top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anybody. Host were very helpful we had one little problem getting in and they came over instantly and got us in right away. Again I would recommend this property to anybody.

Wonderful VRBO!
This is an exceptional house and was perfect for our family vacation! The layout was great and the house was well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked for family dinners and we enjoyed the large dining table. The air conditioning was a bonus for warm summer days. The kids and adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and outdoor seating area. The board games, foosball table and shuffleboard were nice. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect - close to the Deer Valley base and a short drive to Main Street. There were also trails for hiking and biking located just behind the house. This VRBO exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you to Tabitha and Simon for the welcome gift, handwritten note, and recommendations!

Had a fantastic time at this house. Tabitha and Simon were perfect hosts, replying to messages quickly, and offering generous accommodations on timing that fit our schedule. The rooms were lovely, and the kitchen well-stocked with equipment. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, great layout and space. Ideal for families!
We just enjoyed a family ski trip to Deer Valley and stayed in this property. It was spacious enough for two families with room to spare. The table games and hot tub were a huge bonus and the kitchen had everything we needed. The new washing machine/dryer, heaters in the cooler basement rooms, boot and glove dryers were all a huge plus! The DV shuttle runs on a loop and picks up right outside the home every 15 minutes so getting to and from Snow Park Lodge to the lifts and ski school was a breeze--even with 5 kids. The home is located close to DV but also less than 2 miles from Main Street Park City so getting an Uber into town for dinner was equally convenient and easy. Tabitha and Simon answered all questions promptly and were extremely helpful! I would definitely rent this place again and recommend for families or several couples.

The house was perfect for our family of 10. It was roomy and close to everything. Tabitha and Simon were very responsive. We had some issues with the TV. My only feedback would be to have safety bars on the top bunks. We loved everything about the house.

Amazing mountain getaway!
It's tough to compare what's better- Utah skiing, or this property. It certainly was the cherry on top of an incredible trip to the Park City area.
Rooms and furnishings were even better than the pictures - spotless throughout, top notch decor, furnishings and 'essentials' were all in great condition and well thought-out.
The property managers are VERY helpful and accommodating- they made us feel very welcome and helped with a number of questions/requests.
The location is extremely convenient to Deer Valley, and very easy to reach downtown Park City.
We can't wait to return to this spectacular spot!
