With grand views of the slopes, the private home is located in the Lower Deer Valley area, four minutes from Deer Valley's main lodge (Snow Park Lodge with skiing, ski school, dining and more). End of day check your skis at the complimentary ski check and take the short complimentary skier shuttle. Meanwhile should you wish to venture out, note that you are six minutes to Old Town/Main Street, with Park City Mountain Resort just a few minutes beyond. Complete with amenities from oversized hot tub, to upscale bar, to living room with fireplace and vaulted ceilings, this is the ideal place to gather with friends and family and enjoy the privacy of your large, conveniently located, private home (no condo nor attached townhouse here). The home has been decorated in mountain modern esthetic featuring clean lines, white and gray hues. The expansive open floorplan, vaulted ceilings, and soaring windows, infuses the home with light and warmth throughout, with big views from nearly every room. Ideally suited for up to four couples, two families, or multiple generations, the home offers four guest suites in addition to two sleep sofas (one in the 4th bedroom, second in a separate den area). Large living room features fireplace, vaulted ceilings, flat screen, comfortable seating for your entire party, soaring windows with views of the Deer Valley slopes. Just off the open plan living space is an expansive deck with oversized hot tub and outdoor kitchen for your grilling enjoyment. Gourmet kitchen has views out both front and back, features gray hues, natural stone and upscale appliances. Grocery service is available to stock the kitchen for you. With advanced notice (availability is limited) private chef can be arranged. Dining area once again has an amazing view of the slopes and is ready for you to enjoy a wonderful dinner with family and friends. The large dining table seats up to 8 (extension not shown in picture). Casual/additional seating is available at the kitchen island. Game room features a pool table and offers enjoyment for young and old alike. Gather and enjoy with your own deluxe bar setup - enjoy apres ski cocktail, wine or beer, or evening conversation and enjoyment, with views of the slopes, from the comfort of your own home. Luxury bedrooms are provided for all members of the group. Three bedrooms feature king, ensuite bathroom and views. The fourth bedroom has a separate sitting area with sleep sofa thus accommodating up to four. Moreover you will enjoy little luxury touches that make a difference --from luxury robes, to luxury L'Occitane amenities, to luxury high thread count duvet and linens. Cleaning before/after stay is covered by the mandatory cleaning charge, while cleaning during stay (be it daily, ever other day, or midstay) is optionally available at additional charge. We loved this place! Clearly had been thoughtfully renovated recently, and every room was well-appointed, well laid-out, and immaculate. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING we wanted, and the living/recreational areas couldn't have been better. We so enjoyed our stay here; after eight annual trips here, it's our favorite place. Will definitely return. Thank you!

We could not have been happier from the moment we arrived and sad to leave. My family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the pool table, games, beautiful bar and comfortable rooms. The shuttle was easily accessed via the app and came right to the driveway and took us to Snow Park Lidge where we stored our skis in the complimentary overnight storage. The house was so well appointed- we simply ordered groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely choose to book this property again! Thank you for a most enjoyable vacation!

Wonderful family trip! The house was perfect for multi generation family. Private space for all and great common areas. We loved the location. The house sits on a quiet private street with lovely views and easy access around Park City whether walking, driving or using public transportation. Management was very responsive. We had a concern with the hot tub and maintenance was dispatched immediately. Very impressive especially considering we were visiting during the unprecedented snow occurring in the area. We would definitely book this house again.

We are a group of five adults who regularly travel together and choose to rent a home when we do. This is the FIRST home under consideration for an annual visit…it is just that special. The split levels afforded each guest privacy, the bedrooms were quite comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked to prepare any sort of meal the designated chef desires. But the location and views really make this home spectacular! Hiking trails are right out the back door. The home is located at the end of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood and views of the mountains (and fall foliage) are 5 star. The house is not too far from Main Street shopping and dining and the local grocery stores. The management company was easy to communicate with and check in and out went smoothly. Book this home for your vacation. You won’t be disappointed!

We were a medium sized group of two families and friends. The house is beautifully situated and very tastefully decorated. It has every convenience and the perfect rental for a family with children of various ranges. It is very close to the base at Deer Valley and Park City. If you are looking for a place to do a little work while others ski then this is a place where you won’t feel left out from enjoying the mountain views. Finally, we had friends who also came for the week and were scammed by unscrupulous fake renters posting non existent properties. This is the real deal.

The stove was very hard to work all pans were not made for the induction stove. More instruction were needed for sure. The property management team was excellent to work with very friendly very kind also very helpful!! Great house to stay in.

We have stayed nearby to this home before so we wanted to do the same this time and this home didn’t disappoint. The homeowner was very responsive and the home was clean and exactly as described. We were two families with 3 teenagers and an 8 year old and they thoroughly enjoyed the game room. We didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub or fire pit but hope to do so on a future trip and will certainly stay here again.

This property was exactly as described and very comfortable. It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5 - more space than we needed! Including a pool table/game room and bar area. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals, since we were not going out to restaurants. We appreciated having basic pantry items like spices and paper goods. The linens were comfy, towels plentiful and there was plenty of storage space in both bedrooms and bathrooms. The owner left helpful instructions for Wifi, TV and other electronics. The location was ideal for accessing Snow Park lodge - literally a 5 minute drive away. Beautiful neighborhood that was convenient to Park City as well. We had a few questions for the property management company which they answered and attended to immediately. I would definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!
