They were exceptionally helpful. The taxi drivers at the airport were asking for $100 USD! to drive us to the hotel (that is 8 min away by car). I called the hotel and they immediately arranged a shuttle for us, free of charge. The hotel is new, clean and the food is delicious! Also, the airline crew is staying at this hotel so it's a really good option if you need to stay the night to catch your flight on the next day.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean, and staff friendly. Breakfast selections were plentiful and varied and the food tasty. The hotel is located across from an outstanding outlet mall featuring haute couture shops and many restaurants. It’s also less expensive than other hotels nearby.
Although we’d booked a double room, the amenities were for just one person. I had to track down a housekeeper and ask for extra towels, coffee pods, and water.

Property was nice. Staff was bad.
They didn’t actually have the room we booked and basically had the worst customer service and restaurant service I’ve ever seen. It’s good for one night before flying out or after flying in but nothing more.
