Great view, comfortable room and lovely dining room.
Check in was difficult as was not told where reception was. The duvet cover and pillow slip were pretty but very uncomfortable for sleeping as it is scratchy.

Very clean and attractive room but very small, not a lot of room to put any bags. Excellent location. Decent breakfast. Access to a warm and well equipped tea and coffee making room 24/7, with free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and creamer just next door to the apartments.
There was access to a very well equipped communal kitchen for those who want to self cater, but it is in a separate building to the apartments (and separate to the tea and coffee room), so if the weather is bad you have to walk about about 75m in the weather to get to the kitchen.

Good breakfast included On a clear night, views would be great.
Tiny room with the most basic of amenites. Shocking really considering the cost. Bed linens were not comfortabke, rough texture was off-putting. Mattress and pillows were fin. I suggest a change in duvet and pillow covers.

The staff was very nice and the location super to visit all the area.
The amenities were very basic and a bit old style. For the price they charge they could modernize them.
Very weird there wasn’t any net at the window and the door wasn’t sealed properly so midges were coming in constantly. Definitely need a renovation but there’s a potential.
