The setting of the courtyard is amazing with beautiful historic walls. The room is spacious with comfortable beds. It’s great to be able to come to the courtyard have well presented breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic restaurant joint to the Han which is highly recommended. The location is very near to many historic sites in Şanlıurfa.

It’s so cool to stay in an old ottoman mansion like this. You really get a feel for the luxury of that time. The staff were really helpful, and helped guide me to the Gobeklitepe bus, and helped me call a taxi. They also gave me good advice on when to show up at the airport so I wouldn’t waste too much time (only 1 hour before departure for a domestic flight since it’s such a small airport). Also the room had really well functioning ac and heat. I could set the temperature exactly as I liked it. I arrived early in the morning and they helped me with storing my bags.
The WiFi didn’t work in the room I was in which wasn’t great. Also the bathrooms are a bit odd. It’s clear the building wasn’t originally built with having bathrooms inside the rooms themselves when first constructed. So there is a green panel wall built in the room separating the bathroom area. It reduced the effect of staying in such a cool building since the wall looks somewhat industrial and out of place. But this will only be a negative if you are mainly planning on staying here because of the luxury feeling.

Lovely beautiful old house. The breakfast was fantastic held in the courtyard every morning. Our room was big and spacious and stayed a good temperature. It is in a great location only about a 5 minute walk to the bazar and great restaurants. The staff are fantastic always there to help or get another chai. A memorable place to stay.
We had to ask for our toilet paper to refilled and they didn't service the room. The floor needed to be swept and the bin in the bathroom needed to be changed every day as the toilet paper goes in the bin.

The attention from the staff was wonderful. The proprietors are so nice and helpful. The location was so cool! I love the courtyard. It's stunning.
Ok, here are the drawbacks. The bed was so hard. Extremely uncomfortable. There was no top sheet on the bed and the one thin blanket was so small it barely covered us. The floor in the bedroom turned our feet black walking barefoot on it. There is a giant pile of stinking garbage on the roof of the court yard and the smell wafting down made it very difficult to enjoy the amazing breakfast they provided.
Also, the bathroom stank so bad. The toilet barely flushed.
