This place has it all

Comfortable home all the extras were there .fully equipped kitchen with paper towels and tea bags and cling wrap etc all the extras! large dining table wonderful views comfortable beds upstairs and then downstairs there's a pool table a table tennis table,a tv and DVD collection for the kids, a reading library, sitting area, a bbq ,extra seating and ensuite plus a bedroom and laundry access to the park and beach through the back gate and even 2 min to a cafe too many thoughtful extras to mention

Extremely disappointed !!!

the location

The house was dirty…. and there were cockroaches and poo in the cupboards. Furniture was dirty and soiled as were dining chairs. Sills were dusty. The whole house is very worn and dirty/dusty. The top verandah is a huge hazard to children and people leaning on the rail. extremely dangerous!!! it should not be let out again till assessed and fixed. The kitchen cutlery and utensils were dirty. Definitely not value for money.
