Upstairs bathroom with spa bath, shower & separate toilet. Open plan living/dining area with TV & DVD player. Modern well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric oven & hotplates. Split system air conditioner in upstairs living area, and ceiling fans in bedrooms. Back deck offers all year round entertaining area with outdoor dining and lounge setting, and an electric BBQ. External undercover laundry with washing machine, dryer, and drinks fridge.
Downstairs apartment has 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 Double sofa bed. Second lounge area, TV/DVD, split system air conditioner, bathroom and kitchenette.
