Spacious and comfortable beds. A quiet street . We enjoyed playing pool. It was an easy drive to everything in the area. The staff at the real estate were lovely to deal with.
We were only at the home after our day time adventures ended and there was a no noise curfew from 9 pm so we really couldn’t enjoy the spa/ outside entertainment areas. And worried that playing on the pool table might be too noisy.
There was some wear and tear with furnishings and walls etc.

Close to beach and Bowling club. Pool table and Spa were fun!
Very long walk to town and train station. It's really in Werri Beach, not Gerringong

Location suited us. The pool table was a plus.
No hand rails on front steps - really needed for safety.
Grab rails in bathrooms for bath and showers would also be a good idea.
Noisy spa, The default setting should minimise the noise level rather than run it full bore all the time. Think of people trying to sleep, including the neighbours.
Light levels in some rooms inadequate for reading. Daylight prevented from entering by all the external roofed areas.
