Really Great staff happy to store luggage till we went to catch our train. Fantastic location for Shepherds Bush Empire and close to tube.

I try and stay here when in London as much as possible the rooms are always clean and tidy, lovely sized rooms and spacious bathroom I can’t fault anything any time I stay here
Sometimes it can get noisy as next to tube so bring ear plugs

Lovely little room in a great area, super close to everything, very comfy and pleasant.
Wifi barely reached the hallway of my room and I was running low on data, so that wasn't nice.

Close to metro
No shampoo, no conditioner, no tooth brush, no pajama, the hair dryer is only 40cm long. The door says ring the bell, but there is no bell on the door
