The view of the lake is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Nuneo (probably not spelt correctly) speaks very good English and is alway happy to help. We used their little restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. It was hot during our overnight stay so we asked to borrow a fan which helped. They have a little parking area in front of the hotel where we parked our motorcycle.
It’s was hot and muggy during our stay and the room had no air conditioning, which we already knew from the facility list, but would have made the stay even better.

Le lieu est très calme et l'hôtel propose des chambres avec une très belle vue sur le lac, les montagnes dans le fond et à proximité des près pâturés par des vaches ou des chevaux.
Le petit-déjeuner est complet mais identique tous les matins et lorsqu'on y séjourne quelques nuits, une petite variante pourrait être appréciée.

Location in front of the lake
Young receptionist and guest liaison was unprofessional and came across as rude and our other guests had poor room hygiene and manager/owner was involved. It was by far the worst nights stay over the 12 day period and no air con or even fans provided in 40 degree heat. Really limited menu and then when we came to eat was told 3 dishes were not on menu so left a choice of 2
