The grounds are lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The location is a mixed bag: very little in the immediate vicinity but an easy drive to beaches, Santander and historic sites.
The room was very small.

Desayuno espectacular.Buena ubicación para visitar la zona. Trato del personal impecable. La habitación estaba muy limpia diariamente. Buena zona gratuita de aparcamiento dentro del alojamiento. Una maravilla poder alojarte con tu mascota.
Habitación muy pequeña llegando a ser incomodo y mobiliario algo anticuado.
No es culpa del hotel, en el parking caben unos 10 coches pero la gente es muy inútil y egoísta aparcando e impiden meter mas coches de los que entran a pesar de que el personal advierte y pide por favor que se aparque bien.

Off street parking. Good, varied breakfast included. Lovely outdoor garden space. Reasonable price for the area. Good location if you have a car, nearby access to beaches, supermarkets etc.
No Aircon, which was uncomfortable in 30+deg.
No soundproofing at all - quiet hours were supposed to be from 2200 but we could hear our neighbours moving furniture, having showers, flushing the toilet and closing window shutters until 01.30. Generally you could hear the front door and other bedroom doors opening/closing and people walking around (even if they were trying to be quiet).
No small lighting (lamps etc) in the room so the choice was either total darkness or a really bright room.
