This top floor condo positioned in the northwest corner of the building is perfectly situated for Sunset viewing and beach gazing. The private balcony looks over the resort style pool (one of two), and is spacious enough for dining, evening drinks, or morning coffee.
With a King size bed in the master suite, a Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and a Queen sleep sofa in the living room, there's plenty of space for the whole family. This stay was ideal for my family of 3. We struggled a bit to find the parking spot, but after that everything went perfectly. We requested a pack n play and it was waiting in the apartment when we got there. The view from the balcony was amazing. Beach access was even easier than it appears in the listing. There is a large pool and a small wadding pool that is perfect for small children. The location was very convenient. Everything you could need is a quick drive, and there is a lot to do within walking distance (soft serve ice cream across the street!).

This was our second time in this unit. It was just as we remembered. All the amenities as listed. You can’t beat the location for the most stunning sunsets as you relax on the balcony. Only one small suggestion is to leave quick instructions on TV service. Us old girls struggled till we figured it out but it could be an age thing! LOL!

There was work being done outside our door the whole stay. They set up some machine grinding or sand blasting concrete. Painting the hall outside our door. One day had the option of walking through dust and the loud grinding machine going one way or through painters the other way. Elevators were blocked and were in use to move workers equipment. They were working on fire alarms so we had to leave and stand on beach for about 30 minutes another night. Cords across side walks and down stairs we had to make sure not to trip on. We were traveling with an infant so this all was very inconvenient. There was never anything mentioned when booking about this going on.
