Clean comfortable condo on 2nd floor across from elevator. King bed in main bedroom very comfortable. Nice large shower in unit. All newer appliances. Could use some new pots and pans, but who wants to cook much on vacation! Very nice and well maintained grounds. Was surprised that large outdoor pool was heated! Large beach area, great for walking and shell finds. Not crowded like other area beaches. Reasonable distance to the shoreline water. Fine sand, clean no trash, no dead fish, no stringy seaweed, no jellyfish. Some other condo places along Treasure Island beach would have a long walk thru the sand to the water. Also able to walk north to John's Pass board walk area on Madeira Beach for dinner and shops. General area is centrally located, so can drive north to Clearwater or south to St Pete's beach for other beaches or restaurants. Could have used a small throw rug at the door to catch more fine sand. Couch (pull out bed style) in living room was not in best shape. TVs (3) nice, but hard to find out how to use, what was on at any time. No one stayed in double bed in 2nd bedroom across from elevator so not sure how noisy there, but as on 2nd floor, not sure many would bother to use elevator anyway.

Location was great, view of ocean is limited. Room was very clean some of the furniture needs updating especially the couch. Beds were very comfortable appliances fairly new. Nice large bathroom walk in shower was great. Television needs some written help guide took me quite awhile to figure it out. Also the wireless network is not great major pain to continuously need to re-connect.

We loved the condo. It was spacious, clean, updated and the location was perfect. We loved the ameneties. Communication was great and check in and out was easy. We would come back for sure!

Everything was just as advertised. Close to the pool and the beach. Just getting a door code and not having to do a full check in process and carry around room keys was a major bonus we loved. Walls were thin so we could hear a lot but didn't really bother us too much. Only thing we could say negative about the experience was a wine glass we grabbed out of the cabinet to use had lip stick prints all over it. Not a huge deal though,

The unit was as pictured and the proximity to the beach and local attractions was great. There did not seem to be any sound proofing between units and there were many parties going on into the early morning hours, during our stay. We found it very difficult to sleep, as you could hear everything from all the units around us.

The unit was as described. There was a miscommunication about having a pack and play at unit but they were quick to fix the issue on both owner side and management side. Overall a great stay with great view and access to ocean. Would stay again and recommend unit to others!

Room was great. Nice kitchen set ups and the beach chairs a plus!!! Had a great time in the spacious pool and beach right there. The poolside bar was nice but the cafe was great! Awesome breakfast pizza and waffles. So much right there at your fingertips. Will definitely be back.

Property location was ideal for the trip we had planned. This particular unit/owner had several small items to use in the unit that was a pleasant surprise (towels, umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, etc) . Very clean unit, and property as well. The communication with the owner during our stay ensured that we would use this property again.

The rooms were clean and like the pictures posted. Another full bath would have been nice. We had 3 grandkids with us. Couldn't connect playstation at first but figured out how to download games with cell phone. Pool was nice and views of ocean were spectacular! The people I texted got back to me quickly and answered every question. Overall, it was a great experience for my family and I!

This property came up while I was searching for beach front 2 bedroom 2 bath properties. Unfortunately, it only had 1.5 baths. In the description it does state that it has only 1.5 baths but I missed that since I had my preferences set to 2 baths so I just assumed that I was only seeing properties with 2 baths. Also know that you only get one parking permit with this unit. Other cars will have to use pay parking or find one of the few guest spots on the property. Overall the unit was nice and the property was well maintained.

The stay was very nice, the location was perfect for a nice beach get away. :) clean and the booking agent was always available. Only complaint I would give is the food selection is very small the actual cafe is only open until 5 and it’s the only food on site.. there is a shake shajust some planning around that and it’s good to go. The food at the cafe was delicious though :)

We have been staying at Sunset Vistas for the last 5 years. It never disappoints. The condos are spacious and a home away from home. The pools are great for the kids. This condo in particular has everything you need, even toys and chairs to take to the beach. We've already booked again for next year!

We loved this property. It was clean, easy to access had a great beach. We loved the bartenders at the Tiki Hut. They were true entertainers. I would've liked to have had handsoap in the bathrooms but that's truly my only complaint. Owners closet with beach toys was stacked with everything you'd need to have fun in the sun.

Very pleasant stay at Sunset Vista 207N. There is a quaint restaurant on the property and a bar by the pool/beach. The pool was perfect for adults and my 11 13 and 15 yr old. The pool is open until 10pm which made for nice night swimming. The beach is stunning and steps just away. Condo was very nice and included everything we needed (washer/dryer and full kitchen) to make our trip enjoyable. Even had a few beach items…we left a beach umbrella and float for the next guest ?. Walmart for groceries is a quick uber ride away. One thing I wish was better was bedding. Newer blankets would have been nice…my kids got cold at bedtime. Other than that it was a wonderful trip. We will definitely be back next summer.

The condo was as described. Great location on beach. Great for our family of 3. Loved being able to access the beach before check in. Luckily, we had beach towels with us because there was only one in the unit. Unit definitely could have been cleaner, but was great for what we wanted!
