The Green Corridor has transformed the old railway network that crossed the area into parks and, fundamentally, housing. Arganzuela comprises the territory east of the Manzanares River and entirely within the perimeter of the M-30. It limits, to the north and northeast with the districts of Centro and Retiro; to the east and southeast with Puente de Vallecas; to the south with that of Usera and to the west with those of Latina and Carabanchel.
